Here in Atlanta, as it was in Huntsville, weather during this time of the year is completely inconsistent. Seventy degrees and sunny one week in February, followed by cloudy, damp conditions and temps in the 40s the very next week. Oh well, we have to appreciate the sun and warmth this time of year whenever it happens to come.
I’m not complaining about the cooler temps and overcast days by any means (okay, maybe i’m not such a huge fan of the cooler temps). As a photographer, i absolutely love being out on location on an overcast day. The clouds provide me with the most natural softbox you could ask for. But, the cooler temps today are keeping me inside for just a bit longer than normal, giving me a chance to catch up on some things online….mainly, emails!
The Imaging Expo was an amazing event, and all of the emails i’ve gotten since then i’ve wanted to take my time to go through, read closely and visit their website to remind myself of their products, or to see what I missed at the expo. The information there was overwhelming, and i needed to sit down and go through each booth one by one, just so that I don’t blow a few brain cells with info overload! Sitting now going through some of the emails, I think that was a good decision.
I’m hoping to get out a little later to do some shooting. Not sure yet what this day holds.
Wait…. afternoon high of 43 with snow flurries possible?? *leaning back in the chair, opening up another email folder!*
